I have a 99 Dodge Durango and my window cluster on the driver door is not working properly. The only switches that work are the door lock and front passenger window and the window lock button. My driver window went down and will not go back up. The rear windows will not move when I activate the switches for them. A mechanic told me it might be the BCM. I also noticed that sometimes when I unlock the doors, I can hear the rear hatch door lock engage and disengage rapidly until I relock the doors and unlock them again.
1. If it is the BCM, can it be reset?
2. Where is the BCM?
3. Or do I just need to replace the switch cluster on my driver door?
