The truck is getting a cyl 6 misfire code, It just had the head replaced, the compression is reading 120 when cranked with the coil wire off. Is it possible the gasket is bad while still having seemingly good compression? if you crawl under the truck and look at it there is oil residu down the block, but not so much that it looks like it is pouring out. It has good spark and good compression like I said. Has anybody else had this same code? if so what was your problem? let me know, Thanks

5.2/5.9 engine family pretty notorious for dropping seats and burning valves. They will seem run OK and set miss-fire codes. I have seen many guys miss diagnose these. Tough to actually confirm, rule everything else out, then put on a set of heads..
