Default Please Help!!!!

My Father .... In Ohio needs an exhaust manifold for his '97 Grand Cherokee 4.0
Who makes a CHEAP header or Manifold that will last a few years or more?????
If any members in the Columbus, Ohio area would like to tackle such a project It would save me a $300.00 plane ticket & some lost wages. The Cat will also need Gutted so a shop is out!!!
Here's a chance to make some cash on the side....... Any takers?????

Hey.....I recently purchased an exhaust header system from of all places...NAPA. I believe it was in the neighborhood of $200 and fairly simple to install. I put this one on a Wrangler (tight quarters you know) and it took only a couple of hours. Mare sure you buy exhaust bolts/stids just in case. This kit also came with both gaskets. The cracked exhaust header is a very common problem on the 4.0's.

Good Luck!

It is a VERY common problem.... more often than not caused by the manifold bolts being overtightened
