I had my 3.9 rebuilt last month and fired it up yesterday only to find a coolant leak. The leak is coming down the right front of the engine between the head and block. I removed the accessory bracket and inspected the bypass hose and water pump gasket around the area but they look fine. From what I can tell the coolant is coming out of the small area where the intake manifold overlaps the block but I didn't think there was a water jacket that far forward. There is no coolant in the oil and I used new manifold bolts....any ideas?
