Default 98 Ram 40 mph stutter

Hi everyone finally found a site that could help me out! I have a 98 Ram 1500 4x4 and it seems as though when I reach 40-43 mph I get a weird stumble/stutter from the truck. Doesnt seem like the engine, at first I thought it was the suspensionbut I dont know anymore. It doesnt happen once I reach 45+ or 40-. Any help or Ideas would be appreciated.

check your tranny mounts and motor mounts. Just on the off chance maybe you broke one and that shutter is the tranny shifting around. It might also be a tire out of balance or maybe you knocked a weight off the driveshaft. I know the tire and driveshaft isn't likely but it is possible.
