96 Ram Blower doesnt work til I travel at high speeds.
I noticed that sometimes when I start the truck the blower will turn on and sometimes it wont. I noticed that at high speeds it will turn on and I can use all the fan settings. But when I turn the truck off and back on again somtimes it wont come on? Im confused. Any help would be appreciated.
