Both the keyfobs on my Dakota quit working. About a year ago the first one died. I changed the batteries and it worked for about a week or two, and then stopped. I pulled my other from the key rack and everything was fine. Fast forward to last week, and that keyfob quit working. I bought batteries for it, and I was in good shape again. Yesterday, it stopped working also.[:@]

I wouldn't think it was a programing thing, since they worked after the battery swap, but I am willing to try most anything.

take batteries out and clean contacts and make sure they arent bent.. its common with the fobs
