code p0420
Any one have any idea what this code means? Tried a search on it but got nothing

that code is universal?

i dont search anythign without VIN...in most cases, it is needed...so i dont look for things unless i have it.

They even have the entire list printed in the shop manuals your shop dept. has on the shelf. actually my Ram manual doesn't have them, but I know the Neon manual did. Anyway they are online.

service has all of the manuals locked away from everyone else...every department is in constant competition with every other department..

great place to work...
