Me personally,I don't buy it is bad,I would have changed the oil and filter, squirt some oil in each cylinder, cranked it for a few minutes rechecked compressionthen tried to get it started with starting fluid and new plugs.
Did you change the oil before you tried to get it running?

yes, i changed the oil and the plugs. cleaned all connections. cleaned the intake and throttle body. The mechanic said he put oil into the cylinder to get it to seal, but still nothing

I do not believe them that it will not start, the motor would have to be very damaged(visually or audably)not to start,I think there are other problems.

Once you have drained the old oil and put fresh oil and filter in you should be ok,run it for an hour and do another oil and filterchange and that should do it,maybe add restore.
Flushing will not help to get it running, you will have to find out what else is the problem.

Well, they ran checks on the computer and checked all other possibilities.. they kinda seem like they are good people. Mabey they are right and i screwed up the engine, i did do alot of water riding.. he said the intake system on my truck is horrible because water sucks right up and goes into the engine. When i took off the air filter it was soaked with mud and water, and i had a trail of mud going right inside the intake and throttle body.. so yea.. mabey i do just need a new engine. And if that dont work they can fix it for free because they told me its just the engine and nothing else.

So what would cause the low compression for it not able to start? I read of some websites about compression that anything less than 60 probly wont run. So is there a way they can fix the low compression without getting the new engine? They already tried putting oil into the cylinders and stuff to seal it, but it didnt work, and i did work also. Seems to be dead.. my compression readings were all under 50. So.. should i just bite the bullet and go with the new engine?

If the compression is that low in all cylinders,it will need rebuilt, bad rings, pistons, cylinders, bearings.
Basically you might as well get a rebuilt.
Try this place.

There are other places as well for good deals.

i dont buy it either.. you could have fried the IAC .. TPS .. if it has spark.. does it have fuel? are you sure you didnt get water in the fuel system? did you clean out injectors.. that much water.. there is probably water in the injectors.. pull the injectors and see if there is mud in there. hell.. low compression could mean valve is stuck open.. possibly with MUD .. i dont buy the engine is bad.. might need a super thourough cleanup.. but i cant see it being bad
