I do not know of a combination Marine Band VHF and CB antenna.

If you really must have just one antenna
you will find that a Marine Band 'half wave co-axial' antenna inside a fiberglass sheath
is about the same length
as a typical 'quarter wave' CB antenna inside a fiberglass sheath
so you could
add a quarter wave length wire inside the Marine Band antenna
and make it do double service
and yet still get an acceptable 'SWR'

You really ought to find a local Ham radio operator
who is knowledgeable about antennas to help you do this,
and get the technical details right.
Ask around...you will find most Hams very helpful.

I misunderstood the first post, too. I don'tknow the answer, but if you can't find one (pair) Hank's suggestionmay allow you to mod one of a pair to work with the other radio so they look identical. Many antenna's have a wire running in a fiberglass whip. Trimming the wire might make it work with the other radio type. Do some research before you transmit with a modified antenna or you could fry a radio. An SWR meter would be helpful too. (fairly inexpensive)

You could look here for some ideas:

Sorry I'm not more help.
