When my truck engine is running I hear a wining sound coming from the power steering. It does it when in gear and also when in park just idleing. Power steering fluid is at correct level and I have not identified any leaks. Any suggestions?

 

what vehicle is it? we have a 2004 town and country in my family, took it to the mechanics for the same thing...they said they cant do anything about it, and that its normal..sounds to me like the power steering is gonna die soon on it with only 65,000 miles on it, but we'll see if their word is right.
