Default Delaney Power Extractor Engine

Hi,

"I came across this site powerxtractor.com , is this really do able?" or "I'm thinking about investing in this idea but need to know if it can really work. powerxtractor.com. I was wondering if anybody has heard of this or if this thing looks possible".

the disadjatage to to this system is that without an entire stroke to move ext and intake you cant fill the chamber. ie insteed of 260 degrees to move gass in and out you will only have 30 to 50 at best. but with pressure on the intake and pull on the ext it might still pull enough gass.
