Default RE: IAC motor?

1998 dodge stratus and i was checking the original iac motor in this car. it has 140,000 miles on it. i took out the iac motor but before i did, i sprayed intake and idle control cleaner into the throttle body and into the iac ports. this car doesn't seem to have what would be a fast idle when i first start it up. i checked the map, coolant temp,TPS sensors with my fluke multi meter and all appeared good. i read where i can check the iac motor by doing a vacuum test. i will try that next. thanks for any ideas or advice. Randy
