Default rear end humming HELP!

ok i just got my rearend replaced, the whole rear axle came from a 96 ram 1500 2wd. now i have this humming every time i go down the road. the faster i go the louder it gets. it dosent do it in reverse. gear oil is full. its an automatic transmission. and has the 318 mag. i just forked out around 900 and just got it back a couple days ago. i havent knowticed any problems with the engaugeing or performance of the rear end and the axle is exactly the same ratio wise. it goes down the roadstraight.its just really friggin annoying but my exhaust and stereo are loud enough to drown it out. more less the exhaust lol. but could someone tell me what this humming is? its annoying and slightly embaressing.

I had the same problem with my 96 Dakota, and my 97 Ram. It was the rear diff. bearings. Both trucks had limited slips, I dont know if that had anything to do with it. I lived with that same annoying hum for 5 years in my Ram, but it cost me in the long run, around $1200.
