hello i am hoping someone can help me , my 97 dodge ram 4x4 is wandering all over the road steering. i have check the tie rod ends and all though they are not new their is no play at the wheels , would it possibly be the stabizer shock is worn out, it does have a visible leak.

 

steering stabilizer is just that it stabilizes the steering wheel and keeps road shocks from coming up the steering column , a leak would just mean less stabilizing so you'd feel more road shocks ...
I'd check for bad hubs/bearing

 

hubs bearings and axle universals have less than 1000 km on them
