Default Dakota R/T Turn Signal/Hazard Problem

I bought a 2000 Dakota Club Cab R/T about 3 months ago, and soon after the warranty ran out, the turn signals stopped working. It has been to Dodge 4 times in the past 2 months and they cannot fix it. The problem originated from a small hole in my clear corner parking light on the passenger side. I replaced it and the bulbs, but the fuse continues to blow. Dodge replaced the flasher, socket, and the universal switch and that has not helped either. When a new fuse is put in, the turn signals/hazards work for about 5 minutes, but the fuse will eventually blow and they do not work. Has anyone experienced this, or have any advice for me? This has been a very frustrating fix for me and Dodge!!

Its a short somewhere, electrical problems are always fun. Best thing I can tell you is start tracing wires or pay someone to fix it.
