Exterior lights work, interior dash light works. radio does not turn on. interior lights do not go on. Dash gauges are going up and down at the same time. air bag, seat belt, and abs lights are flashing here and there. power windows and locks work. fuses are good, from what i checked and saw. what the hell is the problem?????? The truck turns on and runs with no problem but what i said. i need help big time

 

It would be helpful if we knew what kind of truck it is. What year? Model? Engine (although, in this case, it probably doesn't matter)? There's a huge difference between a 1975 Dodge truck and a 2005 Dodge truck. There's also a difference between the Dakota and Ram.
