Air Bar Service ?

Does any one kwow the Official DC proceedure for Disabling and Enabling Air bags in 2000-2005 Neons?

I don't the specific procedure, but remember to disconnect the battery and ground yourself before touching any of the wires going to the bags. Good luck.
