Default 93 PLYMOUTH A/C PROBLEM

Air was working when I bought the car, (about a month ago), noticed recently the cooling fan doesn't work, and also the a/c compressor doesn't either.

Done so far:

Jumpered the lowpressure a/c switch, and changed out all circuit breakers w/known good used ones. Also changed the temp coolant sensor. Still now fan doens't work nor does the a/c compressor. System has a suitable charge of freon, but not fully charged. Shouldn't matter since I've jumpered the l.p. switch. Also, disconnected and reattached all connections in wire harnesses.

Suggestions?

Is there power across the system when you are putting your jumpers in?

Did you try replacing the cooling fan relay? That might keep the a/c from coming on if its bad.
