ive taken my 02 ram quadcab w/ 5.9L to the dealer and they have no clue. Anyway, with the truck in gear ( D or R) as soon as I let off the brake and idle ( i.e. chicago traffic jam) it starts shaking. When I took it to the dealer, I did not have a check engine light on and they said there were no codes coming up. Just today, I got the check engine light so I'll go back and see if the codes come up. Hoping someone has seen this problem!

 

change the throttle cable in idle position
