Well, I can tell you some parts your gonna need
A transfer case
A front axle
Custom driveshafts
A custom suspention probaly could use a design like the 94-01 1/2 ton dodges
Probaly more stuff I forgot for in depth guide visit www.pavementsucks.com or www.pirate4x4.com and ask but be forwarned if you don't know what the stuff is I listed might wanna reseach it before you ask about it in pirate their 4x4 tech is some of the best but it's college level fourwheeling and going there not knowing what a t case is will get you flamed big time....

Ok thanks for the info guys, I'm not fimilar with dodge vehicles but i have a chance to own a ram 15 seater van/bus for next to nothing. I wanted to ad a trailer hitch to it and use it to haul stuff around especially boats (up to 10,000lbs), but I know I'm going to have problems at the boat ramps without 4x4.
I was hoping that the 3500 van/bus was built similar to the dodge ram trucks where it would just be a mather of switching a few of the parts. But now it sounds like a very complex operation (and expensive)
