Its time for service. Let me first say I am a novice, never done anything but oil changes and tire rotations. I bought what I think is all of the consumables needed. I even went online and got 24 hours of the online service manual. I cannot find info on changing the Plugs or the front / rear axle fluid. I think the plugs should be ok, but the rear ones look very difficult to reach / work on.

Any comments or suggestions (other than take it to a pro) would be helpful.
