Right trailer turn and brake light doesn't work
I have a 04' ram 2500 with the factory tow package and 7 pin connector. I used my test light and have no power to the right turn/brake light pin for the trailer. The truck works fine, just no power to that pin. I traced it up to where the harness goes into the cab and I have no power coming out of the cab connector.
I checked all the fuses under the hood and everything is fine. I can't figure it out, the running lights work, just not the turn or the breaklights or trailer rightside hazardlight... AAHHgg!
anyone?
TIA,
Dave

Drew,
I used a meter and I have no power. I work from the back of the truck to where the harness goes into the cab and I still have no power.
I wondering if I have a bad realy but I can't find the relay that powers the trailer turn/ brake signal.

I dont have a wiring diagram for anything that new but the turn signal and brake light voltages should be present at the turn signal wiring connector somewhere near the steering column. You might have a loose connection there or maybe a bad turn signal switch?
