Default Brake Light Comes on with a "Bing"

I am having a problem right now with my 2003 Neon R/T. It's really making me mad. Okay, when I start from first gear from a dead stop I hear "bing" and the brake light comes on. I shift to second a little rough and I hear the same thing. This happens sometimes in third, but never in 4th or 5th. I know it's not a traction problem, for I just changed the tires and it is still doing it. What is it? I was guessing it was the traction control, but I have traction. It's so annoying! Anyone ever have this, or know what it is? I know it can't be the tranny, for when I get out of that, and than floor it in a drag, it "bings" at like 4500 RPMs. So it is not just from the start of the gear. I just installed the AEM Cold air intake, but I doubt that is the problem. My question is, What is the problem? It's hard trying to drag race a modded civic when the brake light comes on and actualy slows me down a little. I have to let off the thottle to stop the brake light.

Uhhh, might be a dumb answer, but I think the brake fluid is low.
Everytime you accelerate the fluid moves to the back and the float (in the master cyl) lowers, causing "bing"
