Default Fuel Pump?

Is there a special instrument to measure fuel pressure? I earlier posted problems with rough idle and the answer i got was a bad fuel pump. Thx.

You want a fuel pressure gauge. If you're running an EFI late-model car, make sure you get one that can read the higher pressure. If you have an older car with a carburetor, you can use the lower-pressure gauges.
