Default AIR CONDITIONING/GAS TANK

Ok here's the deal...
My 1993 Spirit has a leak in the gas tank...I found that I can get a new tank for 70.00 and 2 straps to hold it in for 40.00...is this a good deal?

Also....
I know it 's winter but....My air-conditioner doesnt work...Any ideas on what could be wrong, or how much it would be to get another one, or if its worth it?

THANK YOU!

Chrysler gets $300 for a new tank, if it's even available anymore.
As for the A/C, you might want to take it to a pro.
