Took my wife over to the local Dodge dealer this weekend and had her drive away with an 05 Stratus. Now she doesn't seem to care how long this problem is taking me to find. I haven't given up, though... I got to get this fixed so I can get my money back out of this car.

PROBLEM SOLVED!
Replaced the ignition switch today and it seemed to solve the problem. Was able to turn the car on 21 times without a problem.
