ok i needed to replace the timing belt out of the omni, as it was past due then ripped some teeth out.
but i think i got everything orented the way it should be.
Cranksaft gear, TDC. Rotor gear so rotor is up and down, camshaft gear pointed to the top. so the crankshaft gear and rotor gears marks are pointed toward each other.

but it wont start and advice?

 

Do you have compression? Is the distributor rotor turning?

The crank gear and Dist gear have notches in for marks....
take a ruler and line it up between the BOLTS in the lower pully's. That's where the marks should be
