2004 Dodge Ram Quad Cab... request wiring digaram for installing relay(s) that will allow low beam and fog lamps to remain on when high beams are engerized.

The easiest way is to wire in a switch to the fogs. You can use any ground source and any positive source that is always hot, AKA, the cig lighter, battery, or the best is an Acc source. That will at least give you the security of if you forget to turn the lights off, they will go off when you turn the key off. Just what ever source you chose put a fuse as close to the connection as possible to be safe. And obviously wire a switch in.
