How about an idea from all you Dodge Fans Please.

My cooling fan is kickin in and out about every 6 secs when the thermostat controls are on. When they are completely off then nothing. also, the A/C stopped working. Any suggestions?

could be a relay gone bad also check fuses.

Could be low on freon, as I recall the fan relay needs to know that there is sufficient pressure in the A/C circuit via a pressure switch. If the freon goes too low the switch will not make and neither will the fan relay when the A/C is turned on. This shouldnt affect normal fan cooling for the regular engine cooling cirtcuit.

That's exactly what I thought, I think you'll also see/hear the AC compressor kicking on and off.
