I have a 95 dodge ram 2500. it has an 8.0L V-10 with an automatic transmission (4x4) I need to rebuild the transmission but the parts store asks for a number that i do not not. the number they ask for is something like a518 or another a number. also i've been told that to rebuild the newer transmisions that you need a computer for settings, any truth to that or ??? if you could help me out, it would be appreciated
