Default wheel backspacing

the lift kits for the new ram trucks specify that the wheels are not meant to have more than 4.5 inch back spacing. And the guy down at the lift shop said that with 4.5 back spacing the wheels will stick way out of the fenders after the new spindles are put on. My trouble is that i cannot find any wheels that i like with less than 4 inch back spacing. Obviosly i don't want my lifted truck to look like an indy car. I don't want the same looking wheels like everyone else with a lifted truck (polished 5,6,or 8 holed wheels). Will it look as bad as he makes it sound.
any comments will be taken with great appreciation.

btw, i'm looking into the cst 4 in. spindle w\ a 1 in. spring spacer, and the appropriate block for the back.
