Default help im going turbo crazy

guys and gals i need help
i just got an 87 pacifica 2.2 turbo with a brand new engine it seems to run good at idle and in park up until about 3500rpm the it stalls back down to 2000rpm then jumps back and forth until i let off the pedal sorry guys im a vette guy and dont know alot about these four cyl motors but i do know my way around an engine so thanks for any help

Turbo you say? I didn't know they had turbo motors in them.
Ok, check the vacuum lines for old, dry, cracked hoses. Make sure your intercooler pipes aren't loose. Those are your basics for turbo surge...idle or during throttle.
It just sounds like an air leak somewhere, whether vacuum or boost.

Oh, the Daytona Charger turbo II with the Pacifica trim....sweeeet! Right?! lol
I can't believe the Avenger took over the Daytona Chargers line...without doing for the Avenger what was done to the DCs!

well got a lot of good advice from here and the turbo mopar forum thanks sorry to say the snow fell while i was in the middle of fixing the vac lines freak 1st day of spring snow storm and my wifes new solstice is parked in my garage. will keep working and let u know whats up again thanks for everything
