Hey guys i was wondering if anyone could help me with this. We have a 1995 Dodge Neon Sport with the 3-speed auto. and the SOHC engine. about 3,000 miles ago we got the AIS motor replaced cause well it was messing up the idle and stuff so well anyways thats not the problem but when the AIS motor did go around 2,000RPMs and between 30-38MPH we would hear this loud high pitch sound. and it would only happen if we were around 30-38MPH and had the RPMs around 2,000. it wouldn't do it any other time. so what could it be? and also i've heard that when you replace the AIS motor u are also supposed to replace the throttle body... is that true?
