Hi every one, i havent used my 98 dodge neon in almost 2 weeks

i tryed to move the car last night and this morning and it seems as if the back tires are stuck

i asked my wife to look and she told me that the when i move the car the 2 back tires wont move

it was working perfectly before. Any one know what the problem could be? Thank you for thew help in advance

 

Also just to add, the car is on payvment. The goes into gear and if i push the gas pedal realy hard it will move but the tires wont move on the back

 

was your parking brake on? if so the shoes may be stuck on the drums. to fix this .. i would jack up the rear and take the tires off, then i would take a hammer and hit the drums. thats what i would do.
