I have a 97 grand caravan AWD ES, in the hot weather the van will shut right down while your driving 65 mph or in the drive thru lane at McDonalds. I get 3 codes, PO 725-engine speed sensor circuit, PO 700- transmission control system malfuntion, P 1391- ignition system or misfire control. The van will usually start back up after a few tries. I've taken it to the dealer, but they can't figure it out. Van works fine in the winter, but as soon as it gets warmer out and I turn on the ac the problem gets really bad. I try not to use the ac more than I have to. Also when the van cuts out going say 60mph, it will coast and then start up by itself as I'm pulling over to the side of the road.
