Code means the battery temperature sensor input voltage too high or too low.
This input is used by the PCM to determine the charging rate of the battery. Charging rate will be higher in colder temperatures, and lower in hotter temperatures.
You can test this sensor: its located under the battery and is attached to the battery tray. Disconnect the engine wiring harness from the sensor. Use an ohmmeter to detect the resistance between the two leads. At a temperature between 75-80degrees F, there should be 9 to 11K ohms. If reading is above or below specs, replace sensor.
