I have a 1998 Dodge Ram 1500 Sport quad cab, my rear doors slowly started sticking and now they wont open at all has anyone had this problem, or does anyone know of a fix for it? Thanks

 

upper and lower..usually lower...latch sticks and gets rusted..get in the truck and try to pull the inner door panel loose to get some lubricant in the latch...you might get lucky...

 

I have the exact same problem. The rear door on the driver side is stuck tight (was hard to open for a while). I tried pushing from the inside after some WD40 and no luck. Where do I go from here ?

I'm also having a problem with the front driver door in that the latch stick in the closed position so the door won't close unless I push the latch up with a screwdriver. WD40 doesn't help here either ? Can I service/replace this latch myself or do I need to go to a dealer ?
