I have a 1992 Dodge Dynasty and was in a dinger with a deer. it took out my right side turn signal. I have replaced the cover and put in a new light bulb and replaced the part that the bulb goes into. The light comes on and blinks about every 30 seconds or so. It stays on inside the car. the hazards work fine as does the left side blinker. What else would cause it not to flash.

update: when i use flashers the turn signal flashes but the light on the other side of the head light on the same side that is suppose to flash dont, could it have something to do with that light

 

update, i found the problem the other bulb was in wrong, so now everything works right
