hey, new here, and in need of some help. I have an '01 Ram 1500, and my ecu is throwing an evap code.... checked it out, and the evap lines that run off the gas tank are cracked. My friendly neighborhood repair shop wants to charge me alot of money to do what seems to me might be easy.. (drop the tank and replace the lines???) Any help here would be appreciated.

Also, not (or maybe?) related, in the cab on the passenger side, some fluid that I really hope isn't coolant seems to be trickling out of what I am assuming is the heater core?? It's this little square plastic tube right next to the trans. tunnel under the dash.

I'm pretty decent with a wrench, definitly a DIY guy, I've just never worked on a Dodge before, so I thought this would be a good place to get pointed in the right direction. Thanks in advance for any help.
