Default Stealth ES runs like a Geo, intermittent problem

about a Month ago, I was rear ended, and have yet to have a top-to-bottom inspection due to teh Insurance being Idiots. When teh problem started a week ago, I figured it was exhaust, due to teh excessive vibrations and sudden loss of power(plus there was a minor kink in the exhaust line from teh impact). So, I went to get a new muffler, it'll be here tuesdy for teh install, but we went ahead and cut the old muffler off just before the kink so as to resume proper functionality until we can get teh new muffler on.

it didn't fix it.

so, inspecting the rest of teh exhaust line, we can't think of any problems that it might have remaining. Other possibilities that may be, the fuel line maybe, like a clogged injector or something. I went to wal-mart and picked up a bottle of Gumout fuel line cleaner(the highest quality they had), and after a day, teh problem went away, so I thought I had it.

Last night, it came back. I have ran through all possibilities I can think of, and the waiting list for a Diagnostic in the Metro I live is abominable(I made one anyway). Are there any thoughts from anyone else that could be possible, or has anyone else come across this before?

I did a full tune up with Platinum Bosch parts right about a year ago, and I installed a new Napa Fuel filter about 6 months ago.

EDIT:
I just realised, telling what teh problem is may help in understanding. So, here's my attempt at it. When I start teh car up when she has not been driven for a number of hours(at least three, after one hour the problem is still there), there is no evidence of any problems. She runs nice and gently, no excessive vibrating, idles smooth, ni misses whatsoever. but after about twenty minutes fo actual driving, she starts getting some serious problems, has the horsepower of a Geo, idles horribly, and the exhaust sounds like it's about to shake the rear of teh car off. I know it's not the tires seperating or a locked brake caliper, because she does the same at a fulll stop and idling(after teh problem starts). I'm afraid to drive it, though I need to start working normal hours at work sometime in teh near future again, else I wont be able to support myself >.<

For one thing I hate Bosch parts. This might be your problem. Also did you do a catalatic back pressure test. The impact could of broke something loose in it.
