Mine never had any fluttering sound at all until I put on my CAI. My first mod was the Mopar BOV and it never had any flutter sounds to it, it just either blew off backpressure or did nothing. It would blow off even low amounts of pressure causing some really weak little puffs instead of the good strong blast when under good amounts of boost, but never any flutter until the CAI was put on. The flutter sounds kinda like a rattle snakes tail sometimes.
