i have a 1990 dodge dakota 4x4 3.9 v6 and the front hubs will not lock i have checked the hoses from the transfer case they dont have any holes and the are snug so how do i find out if there is air in it is there a way to check and i am talking about the vaccum motor on the front axel and what other parts could be causing this thanks can anyone tell what to do
