I began having problems with my tranny. I had the transmission rebuilt and the problems stopped for awhile. Then about 3 monthes ago it began again only worse. Before it was caused by a loss of transmission fluid or so I thought. Now running down the road it will suddenly kick out of gear, the engine revs and then the van won't pull. I have had the transmission checked by a second mechanic. He found dirt in the filters on the transmission but now the van is doing it again. Only much worse. I believe it is a short in the wiring somewhere. Anyone out there have a problem similar that can help me figure where to start looking. This is the 3rd van I have driven with a similar problem. All had rebuilt transmissions in them. Would love to fix this problem other than trans problem is a great vehicle. Thanks in advance.
