I have an 03 4.7L and installed the 50 series SUV/TRUCK muffler from Flowmaster. I have one tailpipe not duals and it sounds awesome!!!!!!

Yeah I am looking to go with a single exhaust like you have, Is it to loud from inside the truck, How about outside. I am not looking for anything to loud just a little better performance

You do hear some slight rumble inside the truck puttin' around town but once your cruising its fine. I can't tell you how many times I've had my wife drive up and down the street so I can listen to it outside (since I'm always driving), you can definately tell there is a flowmaster under there. It has that nice deep rumble. I've ran Flowmasters on two other drag cars I have owned and just love them.

I just had the Flowmaster 50 series installed Monday on my 2005 QC 4.7L. It is now Wednesday and I just had it swapped for the Magnaflow. The Flowmaster sounds nice but if you don't want In Cab noise and still have a nice rumble outside, go with the MagnaFlow. The Flowmaster is an empty can with sound chambers only. The MagnaFlow has packing that will deaden some of the in cab resonance. My wife was getting pissed with the in cab noise from the Flowmasters, so for the sake of my Marriage and my sanity I went to Magnaflow. You won't be disappointed. They are also pretty comparable in price.
