installed but weird noise

Default installed but weird noise
i installed my intake and it makes a whistling noise when it isnt being hit hard by the gas...is this suppose to happen??

mine does whistle at certain RPM ranges.

yeah thats the increase in air flowing into your intake that your hearing =)
