Default Magnaflow vs Flowmaster Super 40

which of these have a nice deep rumble? A loud rumble as well. Which one doesn't resonate that much? Any performance gains better than one another? Which magnaflow is recommended for the 06 MDS HEMI? Which size magnaflow are you guys running on Hemi's?

Thanks

After doing research and asking the same question as you did, I went with the Magnaflow stainless steel rear tail pipes set up and I LOVE IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Awesome exhaust!!!!!!!!!

Default Remove the clamps and weld it up

Am running a Flowmaster 40 on my '01 Ram 2500 5.9L and it has a nice deep rumble. A little loud at times, but by golly it sounds like a truck.

My '05 Magnum Hemi is running a Magnaflow cat-back system. Sounded great with a nice rumble. Has the MSD drone but it doesn't annoy me and lets me know when the MSD is working.

But a great heads up. After installing the Flowmaster, I took my Magnum in and had the clamps removed and the system welded up. Wish I had got around to it sooner. Brought out a little more of the deep rumble once the system was sealed up. Also, I no longer have to worry about checking on the clamps occasionally. Was well worth it. Just my 2 cents worth.

I as well say Magnaflow, as I have never been a fan of the Flowmaster sound. I regrettably got a set put on our '67 Mustang with 289 and have never been happy with the sound or the drone. My Dad had Magnaflows on his DD, a '73 Mach 1; it has a very nice sound outside, though only average inside. There is no drone like the Flowmasters, and leaves a much meatier, deeper tone with a small hint of crackle a la glasspacks (though you would never confuse the two). The downside is that Magnaflows are not overly loud, but I think are a very nice happy medium. Magnaflows have always been flose to the top of my list.

my buddy has a magnaflow on his 98 dohc neon and it sound pretty sick
i might be getting one for mine

but i've got flows on my 69 mach 1 with a 302 instead of the 351
but the 302 has a lot of good performance parts on it
i like the sound of it on my mustang
it makes it sound like a muscle car from a movie
