JK rear drive shaft busted
My friend has an 08 2 door JK with the Tera-Flex 3 inch unlimited lift. so it lifted it 5-6 inches rather than the 3 it was supposed to. Problem, his pinion angle on the ****ty CV joints (big mistake on jeeps part) in the rear are too high and in less than a week he has busted 2 rear driveshafts. Has anyone else had this problem?
Result, he bought the tera-flex aftermarket driveshaft.

my buddy has a 07 rubicon his lasted a week after i lifted it. it split the boot and spit out all the greese common problem those driveshafts are not ment for any kind of lift thats why most lift kits tell you to get a new driveshaft.
That is a common issue even on u-jointed vehicles when you lift them far out of there stock area. 5 inches is huge on a JK. Chances are hge would broke u joints too. Another thing that would really help, look at advancedadapters.com. They should make a "clocking ring" fopr the transfer case. Basically it lets you "clock" or spin the transfer case downward more to lessen the extreme angle.
