If you look real hard at this pictures you can see the interior for the all-new 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee which is set to debut in April at the New York Auto Show.

No 5.9L (360ci) "Power-Tech" V-8, they (Jeep) dropped that from the lineup in the first Grand Cherokee models (1993-1998). The 360ci has been discontinued since the 2003MY! It will be powered by the optional 5.7L HEMI "Power-Tech" V-8. Hearing the rear axle will be solid, but it will have an independent front suspension... for more check out this really great site... http://www.wkjeeps.com
