2008 Jeep Commander5.7L V8 MPI

I am a little confused. My documents show V8 Hemi 4WD, however, Carfax report shows:5.7L V8 MPI

Does this mean it's a Hemi?

"4WD" is four-wheel-drive. "MPI" is multi-port injection.

Open the hood and look.
Make sure you didn't carfax the wrong VIN.
Make sure the VIN at the windshield matches the one in the door opening.
